Develop and manage sales pipeline to move a large number of strategic transactions through the sales process

Identify and close new opportunities for growth working with a mix of SLED accounts

Present Blue Mantis solutions across the portfolio

Co-sell and strategize with partners, distributors and lobbyists to enable rapid growth

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 3-years of progressive sales experience in Managed IT services preferred.

Specific experience selling IT solutions, including Network, Data Center, Managed Services and Security Solutions along with relevant services is preferred.

Communicate strong value propositions, deliver professional proposals, adapt to customer requirements and improve customer success

Excellent communication, presentation, listening skills.

Provide onsite and remote white-glove IT support for senior leadership and their administrative assistants

Drive a seamless and amazing onboarding experience for our new executives

Create knowledge articles and videos to enable the team and customers with technology

Experience with high-priority escalations and high-pressure situations

Demonstrated experience paying attention to details

Demonstrated experience with clear and concise verbal and written communication

Excellent people and management skills

Knowledge of enterprise solutions – HPE, Cisco & Vmware sales experience or equivalent
