Studio Manager (Noho New York)

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to;

• To confidently manage and overcome customer complaints and challenges in the Studio and over the phone

• Being skillful on Zenoti system, accuracy is key and ensuring your team are the same

• Excellent negotiation and communications skills

Demonstrates a basic knowledge of editing techniques on instant replay and non-linear systems

Demonstrates solid knowledge of plant signal flow/routing.

Minimum of 2 years practical TV Production or related experience at the large market or network level.

Organizational, efficiency and planning skills are required.

Candidates must have good computer background (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc...) and solid communication skills.

Demonstrable Knowledge of Broadcast Communications Equipment

Help clarify performance requirements and capabilities of project deliverables and identify potential risks throughout development.

Plan project workflow and manage schedule from storyboard concept to install

Oversee projects of various scales – ranging from web or mobile to large-scale exhibition motion graphics.

Design and animate industry-leading 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations

Design, code, and maintain functional software programs for digital applications

Work with creative teams and provide ideas and recommendations in ideation meetings

Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.

Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communications skills

Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities

Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related field

Project management experience (in the field of technology/advertising/production a plus)

Improving, maintaining, and implementing management systems & practices

Ensuring daily operations run in a timely, cost-effective manner

Keeping projects on-track with goals, budgets, and deadlines

Managing monthly expenses via Expensify

Manage studio renters, ensuring they have a positive experience, access to necessary resources, and adherence to studio policies.

Maintain effective communication with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing information about studio services and offerings.

Conduct sales calls to engage potential customers, showcase the studio's capabilities, and generate business opportunities.

Prepare and send estimates for projects, considering client requirements and providing accurate pricing information.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers, renters, and the production team.

Orders, manages and tracks all studio medical, office and product inventories. Generates inventory records and tracks invoices.

Plans and manages local market customer events in coordination with Director of Operations and local event coordinator.

Works directly with Chief Operating Officer to create ongoing staff coaching and education training plans.

Point of contact for all customer service issues related to products and services offered in studio.

Three years of direct sales experience required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration preferred

Technical understanding of the CRM system

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

About Mayweather Boxing And Fitness

Knowledge of military matters is preferred but not a requirement

Works with the social media manager and Video Editor to promote events before and after.

Manages general studio maintenance, including software updates.

Bachelor’s degree and/or experience in video, visual communications or equivalent.

Experience with live and studio events

Organize and lead a technical run through before each event.
