The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for providing support and guidance to students in order to ensure their academic success. This position works with students to identify and address any academic, social, and emotional issues that may be impacting their academic performance. The Student Success Coordinator also works with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate and implement strategies to improve student success. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized student success plans
