The Student Success Coordinator is responsible for providing support and guidance to students in order to ensure their academic success. This position works with students to identify and address any academic, social, and emotional issues that may be impacting their academic performance. The Student Success Coordinator also works with faculty, staff, and other stakeholders to coordinate and implement strategies to improve student success. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing individualized student success plans
• Monitoring student progress and providing feedback
• Connecting students with resources to support their academic success
• Collaborating with faculty and staff to develop and implement strategies to improve student success
• Developing and delivering workshops and presentations to students
• Assisting with the development of student success initiatives
• Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate records and data
• Other duties as assigned
