Student Success Account Specialist

Hello Edu Tutoring, a small woman-owned tutoring business based in the Portland area, is seeking a dedicated and caring Student Success Account Specialist to join our team. As a Student Success Account Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the academic growth and overall success of our students. Your efforts will directly contribute to fostering a positive learning environment and building strong relationships with students and their families.
Responsibilities:
Personalized Support: Act as the main point of contact for students and their parents/guardians, providing individualized support and guidance throughout their tutoring journey.
Academic Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students' academic progress and learning needs. Collaborate with tutors to develop personalized learning plans tailored to each student's strengths and areas for improvement.
Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with students and their families, understanding their educational goals and aspirations. Proactively address any concerns or challenges they may face.
Client Retention: Ensure the satisfaction of existing clients, maintaining open lines of communication and providing excellent service to encourage continued enrollment in our tutoring programs.
Client Acquisition: Collaborate with our marketing team to participate in local events or networking opportunities, promoting Hello Edu Tutoring's services to attract new clients.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of student information, academic progress, and feedback to enhance our tutoring programs and services continually.
Requirements:
Passion for Education: Demonstrate a genuine passion for education and a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for students.
Empathy and Caring Attitude: Exhibit empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach when interacting with students and their families.
Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, tutors, and team members.
Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families, promoting trust and confidence in our tutoring services.
Remuneration:
The Student Success Account Specialist position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $23 per hour.
In addition to the hourly pay, you will have commission options for successfully acquiring new clients and contributing to the growth of Hello Edu Tutoring.
