12+ years’ experience in a leadership role in accounting in the construction industry

Working knowledge of GL, AR, AP, payroll, income tax, banking, and bonding.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Very strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access.

5+ years of project, program, and/or partner management experience

Experience in a management consulting capacity

Experience working with or at startups, understanding of the startup ecosystem, and startup evaluation preferred

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proven track record of managing long-term projects from beginning to end, collaborating with external companies/vendors with shared goals

Moderate level of fluency in survey design, product design, prototyping, and marketing preferred
