Manages all functions of the financial and patient management system at physician offices.

Under minimal supervision, performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures, as requested by a licensed physician.

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Required: Graduate of accredited Imaging Program

Seeks resource and support from physicians, other clinical staff and Patient Care Manager as necessary

Offers to assist others when work load permits

Notifies Patient Care Manager or designee whenever leaving CareMount Medical premises during scheduled work hours

Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program with 1+ years of recent experience as a medical assistant

Current certification as a medical assistant or eligible for certification

Order and evaluate diagnostic studies, such as x-rays or laboratory tests.

Establish a medical diagnosis for patients within the PA’s care.

Perform and monitor therapeutic procedures outlined by the physician per physician-agreed standards.

One year outpatient RN experience

Performing patient assessments, care tasks, and medication administration as appropriate.

Educate patients and document patient interactions while practicing infection control.

Contributing to the team as necessary to ensure quality patient care within your own scope of practice.

As the Clinical RN for Chest Medicine, your duties will include:

Cross-functionally interact with multiple departments, such as materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management

Process domestic customer orders, large capital orders, credit returns, complaints, and manages the allocations of bill onlys

Support sales regions, consisting of sales representatives and sales managers

Actively participates and engages in meetings with Customer Care and cross-functional groups to continuously improve the overall customer experience

Our medical device technologies firm is currently seeking a remote Sales Support Representative in Sports Medicine.

Process and manage incoming referrals, medical records, related documentation, and external imaging.

Experience working in healthcare with patients and using EPIC medical records system

Excellent communication and basic computer skills.

Knowledge of insurance procedures, pre-authorizations, and/or ordering MRIs.

Working knowledge of Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. Board Certified Athletic Trainer.

Knowledge of emergency medical planning and procedures.Advanced skills in first aid and life saving techniques including use of AEDs and CPR.

CPR/AED certification, NATABOC athletic training certification, eligible for AT license in TN.

Exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively as a member of the Sports Medicine Team.

Knowledge of advanced recovery and/or injury prevention screening techniques ( preferred ).

Advanced knowledge of concussion assessment tools including, but not limited, to SCAT5, VOMS, and IMPACT ( preferred ).

Advanced post-surgical rehabilitation experience and training ( preferred ).

Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer’s health or the situation.

Analyzes the assessment data to determine the diagnoses or issues.

Identifies expected outcomes for a plan individualized to the healthcare consumer or the situation.

Develops a plan that prescribes strategies and alternatives to attain expected outcomes.

Implements the identified plan, coordinates care delivery, and employs strategies to promote health and a safe environment.

Evaluates progress toward attainment of outcomes.

Completes on-line and in-service education programs annually and as required/offered.

Treats matters with confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA requirements.

UIHC Medical Assistant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

Performs routine tests and procedures, including POC tests, under the direction of the LIP or per protocol.

Attends and participates in staff meetings.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Skill in operating a computer, specifically Microsoft Office applications

Effective interpersonal and customer service skills, ability to multitask and problem solve required

Three years medical office experience preferred

Continuously assists with office administration, patient related communication, and maintenance of reports and processes for the sports medicine program.

Continuously assists with the coordination of clinical care for sports medicine patients throughout the NCH system and with consulting physicians.
