Job Description

Our medical device technologies firm is currently seeking a remote Sales Support Representative in Sports Medicine.



Position Summary:

Works as a liaison between sales representatives, regional managers and internal departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include data entry of orders, working with and adjusting information in the order entry system, tracking an order through production and delivery.



Essential duties & responsibilities: (detailed description)

  • Support sales regions, consisting of sales representatives and sales managers
  • Receives customer and/or sales representative communication and acts as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling, shipping, and returns.
  • Cross-train in one or more departments to support collaborative area of the business/departments
  • Answer all incoming calls from the Sports Medicine phone que while following our Call Quality rubric to ensure we are providing exceptional customer experience for our customers
  • Cross-functionally interact with multiple departments, such as materials, production, logistics, sales, finance, and management
  • Engage in training new hires or training colleagues who are interested in cross-training
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction through teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity while providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service
  • Process domestic customer orders, large capital orders, credit returns, complaints, and manages the allocations of bill onlys
  • Respond to emails from a shared mailbox within Customer Care KPIs
  • Actively participates and engages in meetings with Customer Care and cross-functional groups to continuously improve the overall customer experience



Shift: Manager is flexible with shift - either 8:30am-5pm or 8am-4:30pm (Monday-Friday)



Additional Job Details:

  • Contractors in this role will be answering calls and email queues. (Average of 10-20 calls/per day)
  • 1 year of Sales Experience in a corporate environment Required
