1 year of logistics experience

Supervise and direct QA associates in performing job duties.

SQF or GFSI experience helpful.

Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Perform live review of manufacturing batch records in preparation for batch release and escalate any discrepancies immediately.

Assist functional areas with achieving timely and compliant final product disposition of the product.

Review, approve and support procedures and production/testing records as required and assist in the training of site associates.

Ensure compliance of site personnel and application of aseptic techniques and full compliance to sterile manufacturing regulations.

Support FDA/Regulatory interactions for the site activities and products to ensure successful regulatory submissions and inspections.

Other related duties as assigned.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Remittance Processing/Banking operations experience preferred

Inserting customer and account data by inputting text and numerical information from source documents

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors

Correcting inaccuracies and validating output

Ability to confirm and/or correct data that is presented for data capture to align to information on document

Communicate with customers, employees and the management team to ensure necessary requirements are met

Knowledge of shipping software (Oracle Transportation Management)

Enter data into the transportation management system, and maintain and generate required reports; properly process, audit and file various documentation

Customer Care Specialist --2nd Shift

Proven time management skills / ability to multitask

Minimum 18 months of customer service related experience

Successfully completed specialized skill training in one of the following specialty skills: CCU, E-mail, Internet, Operations, and Fraud Support

Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent with 0-2 year applicable laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing or related experience (QA preferred)

Minimum: 0-2-year applicable laboratory or pharmaceutical production experience (QA preferred).

Possesses proficient mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, algebra, unit conversions, rounding significant figures, dividing polynomials, solving rational equations).

Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and perform work in a timely manner

Knowledge of computer systems at a level proficient to navigate input and/or reference computerized data

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm some weekend days included.

Valid NC or SC Driver's license.
