Solid analytical, communication and time management skills

Preplan and make dispatch changes, assist with routing directions and clearly communicate special service requirements

1 year of logistics or transportation experience

4 years of related experience

Ensure drivers are dispatched in a timely manner

Identify pickup and delivery expectations, and record primary order dates and critical instructions

Excellent time management and task prioritization skills.

Develop, collect, review, sign-off, log, file, and follow-up on quality management system paperwork; communicate findings.

Supervise and direct QA associates in performing job duties.

SQF or GFSI experience helpful.

Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

A minimum of three (3) years of security or law enforcement experience.

Strong judgment and decision making skills.

Perform core Rover duties including campus rounds, break coverage, building inspection, perimeter patrol and more.

Photograph new employees/contractors and create identification cards.

Assist Facilities Service Center in call taking and dispatch functions in accordance with the established procedures.

Completes and issues hot work permits.
