Recovery Specialist - 2nd shift ($19-21/hr)


One of the healthcare facilities in Newton, MA is seeking a Recovery Specialist who will assist patients receiving services for withdrawal management and crisis stabilization, ensuring the highest level of respect, customer service, and recovery-based behaviors.


This facility offers detoxification and addiction treatment services to patients.

Responsibilities


  • Ensuring a safe and respectful environment at all times with an emphasis on high-quality services and customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting searches of the building and patient belongings as required.
  • Facilitating the movement of patients around the building and grounds in a safe and orderly fashion.
  • Organizing and managing the patients' participation in daily programming and activities of daily living.


Qualifications


  • Knowledgeable about the use of computers to make entries and utilize electronic health record
  • Experience in addictions or mental health fields preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree, required.
