At least five years progressive experience in programming related to refugee resettlement, displacement or supporting vulnerable populations.

Experience in US Refugee Admissions Program a strong asset.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database platforms

Proficient in using productivity tools such as project management software, spreadsheets applications and document management systems.

Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to lead multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations or customer service.

Proven experience leading and executing on deliverables.

Strong Troubleshooting and Problem-solver: Identify and resolve operational issues or bottlenecks; collaborating with teams to implement corrective measures and prevent recurrence.

Meticulousness and accuracy in documentation

Assist Trade Manager with preparation of all sales and auctions

Perform data entry and assist with the preparation of auction catalogs

Track, manage, and update all client charges incurred

Review stones and provide recommendations for certification

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualities:

Able to proactively problem solve to make adjustments or corrections in consultation with finance and gift processing team

Maintain standard operating procedures for gift data entry and maintenance

Manage quarterly pledge analysis process

Work closely with the gift processing team to manage and coordinate general accounting, monthly reconciliation of gifts, and annual audit requests

Strong PC skills, proficiency in Excel

Motivated and dependable, ability to prioritize workload independently, manage time efficiently, consistently meet required deadlines

Knowledge of archival ethics and laws relating to archival management.

40% Assist in the management of distinctive collections in the following ways:
