About The Team
Listing Media Services is a real estate photography startup within Zillow’s ShowingTime+ brand. Our mission is to fulfill the media marketing needs of real estate agents across the United States. We are on a path to 2-4x the business this year. Our processing and delivery team members are a vital part of our business’s success. We process and deliver the media captured by our photographers to the client. Our team is light on its feet and able to adapt quickly to new challenges.
About The Role
As a processing and delivery associate, your main focus is to maintain efficient processes and workflows to sustain productivity to improve operational effectiveness. This includes strong organizational skills, attention to detail, exhibit high level of computer proficiency, quality assurance and communication between multiple teams to ultimately fulfill media delivery on time, every time.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Possess a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Understand the importance of building strong customer relationships and delivering high-quality service.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $27.30 - $43.70 Hourly. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.
Who you are
  • Meticulousness and accuracy in documentation
  • Weekend availability is required - schedules available are: Tuesday-Saturday and Wednesday-Sunday
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business operations or customer service.
  • Proficient in using productivity tools such as project management software, spreadsheets applications and document management systems.
  • Proven experience leading and executing on deliverables.
