Performs plant cleaning as prescribed by the Master Sanitation Schedule. Maintains general housekeeping in all areas of plant.

Disassembles and reassembles machines, pumps, bucket elevators, slurry equipment, filters and other processing equipment.

Works independently, with no direct supervision in a high efficiency level.

Learns and performs proper Allergen Elimination Procedure.

Practices and adheres to appropriate safety and hygiene guidelines/procedures for safe housekeeping and personal protection.

Participates in all necessary safety training, team development programs, and plant initiatives.

Maintains testing and calibration records and results through data entry into the Lab Data Management System (LDMS)

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel experience preferred

Knowledge acquired through up to 12 months of work experience

Performs tests to ensure product and package quality of finished beverage products are within company quality specifications and regulatory requirements

Performs water treatment quality tests following company quality specifications and regulatory requirements

Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques

Complete containment or special actions through ITS based on customer requirements.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in quality.

SAP and/ or Q-pulse experience

Possess good communication skills with the ability to read and write in English.

Perform calibration tests and set up for x-ray, metal detectors and checkweigher.

Monitor the functionality of X-ray, Metal detector and checkweigher at assigned intervals, document the findings, and addresses any rejected products.

Notify QA Technologist or QA Supervisor if equipment malfunction is identified.

Monitor HACCP for food safety as assigned.

Monitor modified atmosphere packages as assigned.

Must be a US Citizens due to contractual requirements

2+ years experience in manufacturing environment

Ability to report and follow up on production responsibilities

Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity

Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Support the Honeywell Operating System

3 Years MS Office Experience

Expert using hand tools including but not limited to screw drivers, torque wrenches, soldering equipment, and epoxy dispensing tools.

Be able to work under a low power microscope.

Attention to Detail and the ability to read electronic work instructions

Ability to analyze data to solve complex issues

Ability to work with Engineers
