Gather business requirements by effectively coordinating activities between business users, developers and managers.

Meet with client Senior Managers, present business solutions, set up/fine tune business processes. Manage and track project status.

Experience in working with multi-location teams.

Team player with strong communication skills.

Experience testing software designed for elaborate business scenarios.

UNIX shell scripting experience a plus.

Serve as a key finance thought leader for our business, including pricing / go-to-market model

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar field from an accredited university

Proven ability to effectively manage multiple, large-scale projects and dynamically shift focus and reprioritize when needed

Design and lead the execution of innovative & strategic solutions to overcome company challenges

Own full company 3 year financial model and capital allocation process

Drive full company annual budgeting process

· Interface with clients, tenants, architects, contractors, management & leasing, maintain clear communication.

· Monitor project cost and schedule during project and report variances to management.

· Oversee and manage other construction management personal; which may include Construction Managers and/or Assistant Construction Managers.

· Select, contract and manage design team (Architect, Structural, MEP’s).

· Design/Build capabilities for MEP, Fire and Life Safety.

· Review contractor’s bid qualifications and exclusions.

Minimum of fifteen years’ experience in a senior management level role in CMC, with increasing responsibilities.

Play a key role in developing and implementing integrated CMC regulatory strategies for AnaptysBio’s pipeline projects.

B.S is required, PhD preferred.

Position may require occasional evening and/or weekend commitment

Position may require domestic and international travel

Deep knowledge across HR including compensation planning, organizational design, management and leadership development & DEIB

Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management across the business regarding key organizational and management issues

Partner with leaders across the business to provide counsel on employee relations, talent management, organizational design & effectiveness, etc.

Drive internal communications and change management tactics to implement HR initiatives and drive adoption across the organization

Strong conflict resolution capabilities, critical thinking skills, and emotional intelligence

Seasoned, empathetic leader with 10-15+ years of experience across a variety of HR/People functions

A blend of management experience and technical savvy, with the ability to step into a leadership role.

Within six months, manage day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic discussions.

Experience managing world-class engineering teams and products

Oversee new product introduction and support across the following business and product segments:

Multi-modal hubs supporting combinations of public/dedicated retail/commercial charging

Level 3 (representing DCFC and upcoming MegaWatt charging)
