Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, business administration, or a related field

Strategic thinking, with the ability to align events with organizational goals and effectively communicate the value of events to senior management

Proficiency with event management software, project management tools, and other relevant technology is required

Proven experience working at the C-suite and executive level

Superior written and verbal communication skills

Experience living and working outside the United States, particularly in low-resource settings, a plus

Advanced degree, preferably in international development, global health, or related field

Proven track record developing, implementing, and evaluating strategies and programs with a focus on measurable results

When required, take a hands-on approach to ensure issues are rectified.

Proven ability to work at the CXO level with large customers and partners

Training, certification, and experience conducting supplier and distribution center assessments- Preferred

1-3 years of experience in Food Safety and Quality Assurance - Microbiology, Food Science or similar field- Required

1-3 years of experience with data analytics and reporting- Preferred

Assuring specifications are kept current by collecting and analyzing data and working with other category owners on improvement projects

Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university- Required.

Able to occasionally travel and able to drive own vehicle to OC area restaurants, distribution centers and suppliers. -Required

Support the development and implementation of RWECE’s Environmental Management System (EMS) in compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Water and stormwater management for construction and operations (i.e., CWA, SWPPPs, etc.),

Chemical management, including spill prevention and control (i.e., EPCRA, SPCC, etc.), and

Experience in Construction and or Operations, including fieldwork.

Experience with environmental compliance matters associated with wildlife issues as directed by USFWS and state wildlife agencies.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, advocacy, nonprofit fundraising, or related fields.

Knowledge of relevant applications such as SharePoint, Office365, OneDrive, and case management software is preferred.

Support fundraising, resource allocation. and budget management to ensure community needs and program deliverables are met.

Proficiency in utilizing digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
