Senior Marketing Designer Jobs

Overview:

We’re looking for a collaborative, eager graphic designer who can multi-task and grow with our in-house design team. The right candidate will have multi-channel marketing experience with skills in digital, collateral and presentation design, video editing, website management, and copywriting. Our ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills and attention to detail, and likes to work in a fun and collaborative environment.

This position will work from the Scottsdale office and will report directly to the Marketing Manager. Compensation is based upon experience along with our comprehensive benefits program.

Responsibilities:

• Lead assemblage of printed marketing collateral (printing, binding, shipping).
• Provide creative solutions and design concepts to elevate the company’s brand.
• Develop new transaction-based marketing templates and corporate collateral/communications.
• Day-to-day design and production of marketing collateral (offering emails, detailed listing packages, proposals, PPT presentations).
• Assist with the coordination and production of company/industry events.
• Manage social media content and accounts.
• Provide additional quality control support in reviewing marketing drafts for all collateral.
• Develop and manage relationships with outside vendors for media relations, print collateral, promotional swag, and event materials.
• Assist with copywriting corporate collateral across all facets of the company, from brochures, website, presentations, and company announcements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Professional Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial real estate a plus.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Acquainted with the latest design trends and practices.
• Ability to take ownership of and accountability for projects/tasks and work both individually and as a part of a team.
• Ability to identify and recommend modifications to existing designs/processes to improve performance/efficiencies.
• 3-5 years’ experience in graphic design field; experience in web design a plus.
• Ability to handle aggressive deadlines and work on multiple projects/tasks with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic design, web design, or related discipline.
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention-to-detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Technical Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
• Video creation/editing experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• WordPress knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
• Proficiency in Mailchimp
