Senior Manager Global Security Intelligence Jobs

Identify, manage, and report threat intelligence related to travel arrangements and special event planning.

Experience working with strategic, tactical, technical, and operational threat intelligence

Education, Work Experience, and Professional Certifications:

Supports the development, implementation, and management of company-wide security risk management programs including workplace violence, travel security and emergency response.

Maintains critical information for safety and security related systems for all global facilities through corporate incident management system.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and education

Manages capital and operational budget expenditures and allocates resources appropriately.

Proficient in online and social media searches, use of e-discovery and other analytical tools, and case management systems.

Effectively identify and analyze relevant risks and vulnerabilities and produce actionable products in a timely manner to inform enterprise-wide security operations.

Maintain knowledge of emerging threats, risks and issues related to fraudulent and corruption related schemes and activities.

Experience in cyber forensics a plus.

Monitor geopolitical events of concern that might impact international travel, corporate events, and/or operations, and provide periodic and timely reporting.

Provide ad-hoc intelligence analysis support to Executive Protection/Protective Services personnel and other key stakeholders.

Leadership skills including performance management, coaching, and mentoring.

Contributes to foundation crisis management and business continuity efforts in collaboration with other operating and functional departments.

Manages teams supporting foundation crisis management and business continuity efforts in collaboration with other operating and functional departments.

Manages threat intelligence, including the monitoring of messaging that would indicate risk.

Manages data, contracts, and vendors that support the overall function of the Protective Operations team.

Manages contracted vendors for appropriate functions.

A top-tier product manager who has led a large scoped and technical problem and taken it from inception to launch

3 - 5 years of relevant experience, which can include security, intelligence, military, media production, or NGO

Experience with production, talent, and vendor relations

Deliver tactical-level results on the design and implementation of security and response programs for productions

Develop/review risk assessments, design security plans, and coordinate local support for our productions in alignment with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Develop/share specialized guidance for higher-risk production activities and in higher-risk locations

Develop and maintain effective business relationships with Local/State/Federal law enforcement, emergency response, and trusted security networks

Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience performing corporate security intelligence functions within a corporate environment.

Experience working in the corporate or cybersecurity field within a social media, retail, or e-commerce industry.

Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources.

Familiarity with the application of physical security technology; knowledge of security controls, how they can be thwarted.

Provide intelligence collection, analysis, and production focused on security events affecting or threatening SHEIN physical infrastructure, executives, operations, and assets globally.

Lead projects to improve data collection and interpretation processes and initiatives regarding threat intelligence and information security.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strong technical and mathematical skills, coding preferred (e.g. python, VBA, SQL, etc.)

Good interpersonal skills and clear communication

Track key market moves and various positioning metrics to help the team provide insights to clients and investors

Work closely with quant research and technology to ensure data sets are well maintained

Automate and help build scale to enhance our ability to respond to increasing client demands

10+ years combined experience in market management, product management, business development, technical sales, market research and/or key account management

Solid organizational, project management, time management and planning skills

Experience related to HVAC industrial equipment for the food industry is a plus

Excellent strategic and analytical skills

Team player with strong communication, influencing and networking skills, working globally and across functions

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully manage both short and long-term deliverables

At least 10+ years cybersecurity management experience with at least 8+ years in an operationally focused security practitioner role.

At least 3 years experience working with business leadership and with some fiscal responsibilities.

Bachelor or Master degree in technical discipline is ideal. CISSP and or CISM certification preferred.

Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Ability to gain and preserve credibility with the team through sustained industry knowledge.

Must build relationships and partner with external partners, such as law enforcement agencies, Campus Security, and Property management

Experienced people manager a plus

Must be accountable, have sound judgment, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills and be directly involved to deliver practical solutions

Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills

7+ years of security experience working in pharmaceutical/life sciences or like industries, preferably within security, manufacturing, or operations
