Overview A Senior Learning Designer is a professional who is responsible for designing and developing learning materials and programs for a variety of audiences. They create and implement learning strategies and solutions that are tailored to the needs of the organization. They also work with stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials and programs meet the organization’s objectives. Detailed Job Description A Senior Learning Designer is responsible for developing and designing learning materials and programs for a variety of audiences. They work with stakeholders to ensure that the learning materials and programs meet the organization’s objectives. They create and implement learning strategies and solutions that are tailored to the needs of the organization. They also collaborate with other departments to ensure that the learning materials and programs are effective and meet the organization’s goals. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, or related field
• Experience with e-learning tools and technologies
• Experience with multimedia design
• Experience with adult learning principles
• Experience with instructional design principles
