Minimum 5 years’ experience in CPG/Retail Sales/Key account management, including Loblaw, Walmart, Sobeys, Metro & etc.

Oversees "New Art Museum Employee Orientation" for all benefits-eligible staff members as they start with the Art Museum.

Collaborates with the Manager of Foundation and Government Relations on financial monitoring and reporting for grants and sponsoring agencies.

Prepares the financial components of grant proposals and grant reports; monitors grant spending to ensure spending is meeting grant requirements.

Having depth knowledge of schedule management tools and software.

As a planning/schedule management specialist, stays up to date with key industry/professional trends.

10+ years’ experience in Planning, Finance, Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Supply Chain, Production roles, preferably within CPG organizations

Help articulate and implement the future state digital S&OP vision, processes, products and capabilities.

Extensive experience across Sales and Operations planning, inclusive of portfolio planning, demand, supply planning and executive S&OP steps of the process.

Leadership experience managing a team of professionals required.

High level of business acumen is required, including the knowledge and ability to have an E2E holistic perspective.

Solid, straightforward, and professional oral and written communication skills, including presenting data and analysis clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

An experienced professional with a background in program management, workforce planning, or a similar role

Ensure alignment between headcount plans and budgetary constraints, working closely with Finance to manage and optimize resource allocation.

• 4+ years in full life cycle DTC inventory planning environment with Manager level experience

• Manage inventory levels in the distribution center to ensure timely distributions.

• Microsoft office suite proficiency and strong knowledge of Planning Systems (Foresight/ Micro strategy)
