Senior Director Of People Jobs

Someone who has experience implementing HR programs such as onboarding processes, compliance, benefits, employee development programs and comp review;

Own HR administration and manage compensation, benefits, leave, termination and disciplinary matters

Oversee and coordinate the performance management process, including performance evaluations, developmental plans and goal setting to enhance individual and team performance

Manage relationships with professional employment organizations, employers of record, payroll providers and entity management firms

Develop on-boarding processes designed to drive a seamless experience for new hires across multiple entities, partners and geographies

Collaborate with organizational leadership on people-related initiatives, including compensation, benefits, and strategy development.

Partner with the leadership team and BHI partners who manage administrative and compliance related issues including policies and immigration status.

Maintain an in-depth knowledge of changing organizational people and culture trends, staff engagement opportunities, etc.

Experience working on an international team, or lived experience within various cultures or communities.

Experience building inclusive and engaged workplaces; cultural awareness and sensitivity with an equity lens.

Strong knowledge on guiding talent acquisition, employee career growth, performance management, and developing policies

Experience developing proactive people operations strategies, driving culture and values, retaining talent, and managing employee lifecycle

Location: Atlanta, GA - ideally open to 1-2 days in office

Provide timely, effective, and direct coaching to client group managers, assisting in the development of strong, contemporary leadership skills

Knowledge of contact center operations is a plus

Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve agent preparedness, performance and retention using a data-driven approach

Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics

Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.

Proven experience as HR Director (Director of People)

Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations

Knowledge of data analysis and reporting

Experience with agency management and ownership of marketing budgets.

Prepare monthly business reports for management and stakeholder meetings.

Strong leadership and people management with a track record of hiring talent.

10+ years of brand marketing experience within prestige beauty preferred.

Must be a self-starter, able to manage through ambiguity and complexity.

Experience developing multifaceted brand campaigns and product launch strategies, with the goal of raising brand awareness and driving new customer acquisition.

Direct and indirect people management experience

Master Riot’s project management tools and effectively keep CPO priorities on track

Results-orientation with demonstrated experience delivering on complicated People initiatives

Eloquent storyteller skillful in creating internal communications and executive-level presentations

Experience building and motivating teams, particularly in highly fluid environments with evolving priorities

Develop and drive talent priorities, particularly those related to Riot's “Core Four” People Strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or a combination of relevant experience, education, and training.

Eight or more years of progressive HR experience; including 5+ years in a management/leadership capacity.

Lead and develop practices around talent planning, succession planning, career development, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, performance management and onboarding/offboarding.

Leads performance management process iterations and maintenance of job description library.

Experience building and scaling HR programs, processes, and frameworks within a dynamic environment.

Effective communication, coaching and facilitation skills and the ability to build trusted relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to drive engagement in a remote, globally distributed environment

10+ years of experience in HR (preference for growth-stage experience)

Talent acquisition and in-house HR experience

Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retention, engagement, and development

Lead talent acquisition efforts, growing headcount from 25 to 45 by EOY

Proven experience in the natural resource management issues, including some combination of agriculture, water, fisheries and food issues.

Strong team management and mentoring skills.

Ensure strong project management systems are in place and actively used by the communications teams to create efficiency and accountability.

Minimum 12 years’ marketing/communications experience, preferably in an issue advocacy context; environmental media experience is a plus.

Experience using social science research and message testing to inform communications and outreach strategies that can strengthen overall strategy and goals.

Experience working in a matrixed organization with multiple internal/external stakeholders, teams and consultants spanning the globe.
