Senior Director Corporate Controller Jobs

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license orCertified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is required.

Manage company payments for management fees, rent, etc.

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

They should have managed a team of at least 5, including divisional Controllers.

Experience with multi-state companies and union experience is required.

They should have worked with revenues of $100-200M and organizations that have a minimum of 10 entities.

10+ years of accounting and finance experience including in a managerial role

Accounting lead with regards to change management activities and ERP implementation / technology improvements

Base Salary up to $240k DOE plus up to 35% bonus opportunity, excellent LTI and benefits

Big 4 public accounting experience strongly preferred

Leadership experience in high growth public and/or private accounting environments required

Must have 7+ years' of insurance industry accounting / finance management experience.

Must have management experience of a staff of at least 5-10 in accounting / finance.

Manage the month-end accounting close process, ensuring accurate and timely results that are in accordance with US GAAP.

Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting/finance

Required: 10+ years of progressive accounting and Controllership experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role

Performs cost accounting and cost analysis.

Develop /use month-end inventory evaluations.

Provide cost information for newly developed products.

Marketing and Finance Marketing experience

Manage corporate communications including executive communications, messaging development, and PR.

Develop and manage social media strategy.

Develop and manage solution GTM strategy.

Manage, build, and lead a strong team by recruiting, coaching and developing team members.

10+ years of previous experience in technology or telecommunications marketing leadership, sales or advertising in a fast paced, professional environment

Helps to clarify roles and responsibilities

Solid, current knowledge of GAAP

10-15 years experience in both public accounting and industry

Be well versed in accounting principles, particularly revenue recognition and inventory costing.

Have a solid foundation to research technical matters and arrive at GAAP compliant recommendations and implement as needed.

Knowledgeable of healthcare compliance requirements, particularly U.S. laws and regulations, OIG guidance, transparency requirements, and applicable industry codes.

Manage privacy policies and documentation, reporting into data controller, SVP

Assist with the design and manage the execution of compliance auditing and monitoring programs.

Maintain and manage employee, third-party vendor, and new hire compliance training.

Manage compliance budget and compliance consultant arrangements.

Manage global EH&S team to provide EH&S advice and support across business.

Circa 10 years of experience from Big 4/top 10 public accounting firm and real estate asset management/private equity/hedge fund

Strong experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and performance/operation metrics

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required with a minimum of 5 years experience.

Proficient in using financial systems and software, including ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite. ERP implementation experience a plus.

SEC experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Provide routine sales and analytical reporting to the sales team and management

Analyzing financial data and communicating key observations to management

5 years plus experience in areas such as accounting, audit, budgeting, financial planning, analysis and managerial experience
