Senior Director Corporate Controller Jobs in Texas

2-10 years of progressive experience in corporate accounting and finance roles.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

Undergraduate degree in Account or Finance

Completion of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packs

Previous experience as a Controller, Assistant Controller, Accounting Manager with experience leading an accounting/finance department

Manage/train/mentor a team of highly skilled individuals in various positions.

Providing management with information vital to the decision-making process.

Knowledge of and experience working with SEC regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley

Develop, improve and issue timely monthly financial records for Director of Finance and CFO.

Hiring, training, and retaining skilled accounting staff

15+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial management leading to position as a senior accounting or financial executive.

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management required; CPA and/or MBA a plus.

Actively oversee global cash and treasury management operations, bank compliance and general financial oversight.

Oversee and manage, along with the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel, insurance and risk management for the Company's global operations.

Effectively develop and manage the Corporate Finance and Accounting Department and staff; develops and executes corporate accounting budget.

Monitors gas control computer to determine gas pressure, temperature and volume to ensure safe receipt and delivery of volumes.

Provides analytical support to the field in identifying trends and potential measurement anomalies.
