Works closely with the Government POC and customers to understand the customer’s testing requirements and desires

Bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary field or related field and a minimum 3-5 years related experience

Experience with small molecules and antibodies

Investigate the effect of small molecules and biologics on the function of T and NK cells

Lead research projects, developing strategic visions and project goals

Establish and execute a variety of biochemical/cell-based immunological in vitro assays

Experience characterizing tumor microenvironment (TME) and establishing related assays (dissociated tumor cell assays, spheroid or organoid cultures) is a plus.

Prior experience in performing in vitro pharmacology experiments with biologics is a plus.

Strong interpersonal, influencing, and collaboration skills, with evidence of using these to support problem-solving and delivery in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Proven track record of success in your research and experience preparing written scientific reports and oral presentations.

Ability to draft and execute experiments promptly, record SOPs and maintain an excellent laboratory notebook.

Proficiency in performing high-dimensional analyses flow cytometric experiments, and data analysis.

Conducting small- and large-scale protein expression across a range of expression systems (from bacteria to insect to mammalian cells)
