4+ years of management of technical analysts required

Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Data Science preferred

Lead clinical decision analytics for Cohere’s Unify platform including development, continuous improvement, measurement / monitoring, and overall execution

Database management and structure experience

Experience in an analytics or finance related field

Self- starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with large data sets

Work closely with leadership in both finance and business teams in creation of business and financial insights, automating and improving processes

Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail

Experience in transforming raw data into actionable information

Architect and build lasting data modeling solutions across a variety of data domains (growth, product, first-party data, finance, operations, etc.)

Strong knowledge of Python and associated analytics libraries (Pandas, etc.)

Strong experience using BI tools (ours is Looker) to effectively convey information

6+ years of work experience in highly quantitative roles or equivalent and relevant advanced degrees.

Hands on experience using analytics to drive data-informed decision-making

Experience with clinical information models (e.g. FHIR) and terminology standards (e.g. ICD10, CPT, Snomed, LOINC, RXNorm)

Experience creating dashboards in Looker, Tableau or PowerBI is preferred

Own and lead projects independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Leverage internal tools to map Included Health and 3rd party data to a ‘Common Data Model’

Build and maintain analysis, models, or dashboards to support process optimization, forecasting, capacity planning, economic optimization, and performance management processes.

Support and comply with the company’s Quality Management System policies and procedures.

Liaise cross-functionally beyond primary internal customer group; including, but not limited to, finance, HR, business development, sales, marketing, IT, and R&D.

5+ years of relevant business experience.

MUST HAVE demonstrated abilities with Autodesk 3D Studio Max including modelling, texturing, lighting and basic animation. Blender experience is a plus.

Experience with translation of data from a wide assortment of software and coordinate systems (Lidar/point cloud experience a plus)

Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects and Illustrator skills)

Experience with Google earth and sketch up.

Vray Render experience and real-time GPU rendering is a plus.

Civil 3D and ArcGIS or Global Mapper experience is a plus.

Oversee and support day-to-day consultation to business users and support management of cross-functional teams

Support overall program evaluations (i.e., planning-implementation-completion/analysis-reporting) and manage other assessments such as change management assessments, workflow optimization assessments, etc.

Assists managers in determining the best content to share with others; support other team members in knowledge sharing best practices

Manage reporting/analytics/research project portfolio with the vision & goals of specific Hub/Spoke core teams

Manage business stakeholders communications to identify business needs and oversee creation of the use cases and user stories satisfying those needs

3+ years of analytics or related experience preferred.

Exposure and working knowledge of tools such as SQL or SAS preferred.

General knowledge of manipulating data preferred.

Understand Business Data and Reporting Requirements

Collect and decompose detailed requirements for the development of dashboard/reporting tools

Guide best practices for data and analytics requirements, development, technical design/architecture as inputs to BRDs & solutions

Manage tech debt (sunset/enhancements) and support of existing solutions

Create functional design and solution requirement documentation for metrics and visualizations that underpin analytics use cases.

Identify and recommend solutions for analytics/reporting tools

Is proactive and self-directed, with functional product/project management skills

Help advance the maturity of our analytics capabilities, from functional to optimized, diagnostic to predictive where useful

Has experience or a basic understanding of learning analytics technology and concepts [e.g. xAPI, LRS, LMS, LAP, LXP]

Has some experience in predictive modeling

Conduct case studies/analyses – proactively surface significant findings and make appropriate recommendations

Is an astute analyst who can surface actionable and relevant insights from large data sets, and an amazing visual storyteller

Research complex data management issues

Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs

Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team

7+ years of programming experience using either SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and/or R

Prior experience with digital analytics
