The Consumer Digital Insights team partners with Digital Product Owners to improve the Digital Customer experience. The Consumer Digital Insights team provides comprehensive reporting, detailed analytics and robust strategy development leading to insights. Partnering with the Digital Product Owners, these insights are then used to provide customers with the best possible Digital experience while mitigating risk.
About This Role
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Analytics Consultant as part of the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team. For additional information on this line of business, refer to the external Careers Site at www.wellsfargojobs.com .
The Consumer Digital Insights team is looking for seasoned analyst to provide reporting, analytics, strategy and insights to support Authentication and Identity Management partners. Ideal candidates will have Digital experience transforming data into insights, communicating complexities to partners with various levels of analytic concepts. As a senior role, a high level of independence and task management will be needed, often meeting tight deadlines. This role requires high level analytic expertise, data management and problem solving.
In This Role, You Will
  • Research complex data management issues
  • Advise experienced leadership to develop or influence statistical modeling, analytical strategies, and advanced data visualization for complex business and technical needs
  • Design and lead complex projects, analyses, and application of techniques across the enterprise
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise
  • Engage with peers, managers risk, compliance, managers across the enterprise, and serve as an expert advisor to leadership team
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques, advance data from multiple sources, and mathematics behind data analysis across the enterprise, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical, and coordination of highly complex activities
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of programming experience using either SQL, SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, and/or R
  • 7+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 7+ years of using data from Teradata, MONGO, Splunk, Hadoop
Desired Qualifications:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to translate complex analytic insights into comprehensive terminology
  • Prior experience with digital analytics
  • 3+ years of Dremio, AWB
Job Expectations:
  • Not eligible for 100% remote work. Candidates must be willing to commit to working on site.

Pay Range for San Francisco, California: $115,900 - $206,100 annually
May be considered for a discretionary bonus.
