Business Analytics Consultant, Senior

What You’ll Do:

  • Mentor and provide guidance to fellow team members.
  • Recommend appropriate performance measures to be produced, including key performance indicators, key outcomes, and success metrics.
  • Conduct business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating the implementation of new tools, including VA platforms and other analytics dashboards.
  • Analyze and process data, while creating and maintaining models and report templates and developing dynamic, data-driven solutions.
  • Provide business clients with detailed, actionable reports documenting the findings from data processing and data analysis for solution implementation.
  • Apply analytical best practices for data collection, aggregation, normalization, and analysis.
  • Administer quantitative and qualitative modeling techniques for data.

You Have:

  • Knowledge of IT initiation engagement structure through cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders within the government
  • Ability to elicit business requirements that generated quality outcomes and deliverables
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement new IT solutions while coordinating stakeholder engagement and management, resource assignments, or project schedule
  • 10+ years of experience in leadership and program management
  • Experience in Transformation Management
  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience in leading new initiatives and providing input to better tailor solutions for the government
  • Ability to facilitate and implement structure and framework development,
  • Knowledge of business case analysis and return on investment metrics
  • Experience in creating project roadmaps, and developing quantitative and qualitative processes for project assessments

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
