Obtain a PreK – Upper Elementary CLASS certification.

Bachelor’s degree in Early Learning, Elementary Education, or a related field

3+ years’ experience managing teams, creating training materials, and increasing the quality of programs

Deep knowledge of best practices in educational leadership & SEL

Expert knowledge, understanding and experience in developing curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development systems

A strong analytic, performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation necessary to inform strategy development and execution

Bachelor’s degree, required; Masters Degree in Education and/or School Administration, preferred

Supervisory and leadership development experience with school leaders, instructional staff, and teacher leaders

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to convey complex information to a variety of audiences

Support creation of curriculum management system to ensure network-wide alignment and curriculum fidelity in OST

Expert knowledge, understanding and experience in developing curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development systems

A strong analytic, performance management, accountability, and systems-thinking orientation necessary to inform strategy development and execution

Create and manage OADs on execution of "start of program" project plan and check-lists

Set and manage OST program budgets, procurement processes

Manage OST and Athletic Directors across the network to uphold all of DREAM's safety protocols

Demonstrated presentation, training, and facilitation skills. - Excellent oral and written communication skills. - Strong project management and organizational skills.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

You have 9 years in Experience, Or Education, Or Both!

Evidence of extensive experience in coordinating and providing assistance and professional development to staff in education or related fields.

Knowledge of the K-12 educational system and how partnerships work within them.

This position is Full-time, Hybrid (Remote/Home Office w/ requirement to report to Work location per business needs).

At least 3 years of youth development and management experience required;

Strong group facilitation skills and ability to manage behaviors using positive youth development principles (experience with restorative justice practices strongly preferred);

Manage data collection and record-keeping to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with specific grant requirements;

Manage incident protocols, communication and school-leader collaboration for incidents in programming;

Hire and manage after school, summer, and athletics program part-time staff;

Manage execution of competitive athletics programming.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Knowledge of adolescent development principles and positive youth development theories.

Bachelor's degree required; degree in education or a unique content area of need (ELA, Math, STEM, Arts, and Microsoft Imagine Academy).

Three years teaching experience in grades 7-12.

Experience working with diverse populations and age groups, with particular emphasis on working with young people in grades 7-12.

Develops appropriate grade level curricula, lesson plans and assessments.
