Prepares and manages daily and weekend schedules.

Prepare and manage the end-of-the-day report and submit it electronically to all required to receive it daily.

Manage and follow hospitalized clients according to Standard Operating Procedures.

Manage electronic and manual faxes received with proper follow-up and distribution as necessary.

Manage and assist with patient phone calls following Standard Operating Procedures.

Manage caseload while proactively growing it through initiatives set by management.

Match appropriate caregivers to cases based on suitability, personality, availability, and skill set.

Serve as point of contact for clients, caregivers, and case managers.

Regularly communicates with caregivers regarding attendance, compliance, and continuing education.

Deliver superior customer service to clients and field staff to ensure quality care is provided.

Ensure all cases are covered and arrange for substitute/back-up coverage as necessary.

Recruit Home Health Aides (HHA)

Present the agency at career fairs.

Access community resources for recruitment of qualified staff or trainees.

Interface with local Department of Labor, Training Centers, Job Fairs and all other potential sites for recruiting.

Assist with pending employment applications; verify certificates (HHA/PCA/CNA)

Bilingual preferred, well presented, energetic and responsible individual for the full time field recruitment position.

Recent experience in a high volume call center.

First-rate decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Previous work experience in a fraud-related field.

Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks.

High school diploma or equivalent (required). Additional education or certification in healthcare administration or related field is a plus.

Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of non-medical care services and regulations is a plus.

Conducts Phone Intakes for Clients, and Veterans.

Creates and maintains caregivers and client’s schedules. Schedule’s client appointments/visits according to care plans and staff availability.
