Complex RFP project management experience, within Alternatives and/or Fixed Income preferred

Manage the coordination and completion of Requests for Proposals ("RFPs") and Due Diligence Questionnaires ("DDQs")

Undergraduate degree (economics, finance or business preferred)

Base 90-110k + bonus (experience pending)

Maintain a database of standard RFP responses and hone/create new language as appropriate

Commit to improving the efficiency of the RFP process and quality of RFP submissions

Two years of progressively responsible administrative, marketing, business, or management experience.

Basic CRM and pipeline management knowledge

Ability to build complex project management plans.

Manage RFP finder services by updating key word searches, notifications, etc. to increase visibility of possible opportunities.

Knowledge of government buying processes, fleet industry, fleet technologies, SaaS, consulting, and general business processes, a plus.

Additional qualifying experience or training may be substituted for years of service.

Manage to internal processes and deadlines across multiple contributing teams.

Demonstrate a solid understanding of the firm’s strategies and product offerings.

Desire to learn and become a strong individual and team contributor with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.

2 plus years completing RFPs and DDQs experience.

Assist in production of high-quality RFPs and DDQs in coordination with sales and client service personnel.

1-3 years of investment experience in an Investment Management firm, consulting firm, pension plan or equivalent;

Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment with several tight deadlines;

Maintain historical and current information on the firm, its strategies, investment approaches, portfolio characteristics, assets under management and investment teams;

Excellent writing skills with experience completing RFIs/RFPs/DDQs;

Minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales, marketing or proposal management experience

Manage approval process and, if necessary, mediate or resolve conflict between management (e.g., law department versus sales).

Written and verbal business communications with middle and upper management.

Desktop publishing experience (knowledge of page layout and format).

Manage proposals and set up customer forms to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.

Set expectations of key stakeholders (VPs, Sales Directors, etc.) regarding content, responsibilities and deadlines and hold these individuals accountable.

Analyze current contract information for inclusion in the service offering.

Keep records of non-standard contract provisions for contract compliance management and diligence purposes QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Excellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills; strong coordination and planning skills

Experience in drafting and/or contributing to contracts and proposals

Excellent interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills

Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand customer needs and develop strategy for the proposal response

Requires strong time management skills

Act as the project manager and coordination with cross functional leaders and SMEs to deliver all requirements before due date.

Bring extensive experience strategizing and positioning cases greater than 5,000 lives

BA/BS degree in marketing preferred, will consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree

3+ years of experience in proposal delivery within insurance industry

Demonstrated strategic approach to positioning proposal offerings in ways that meet a potential client’s need

1 year of experience evaluating and/or creating medical device or emergency care RFPs

Medical Device Client is seeking an RFP Analyst for a remote 12 month contract - PST hours

Search for available RFPs for municipal customers across the US using subscription based portals provided by client.
