Minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales, marketing or proposal management experience

Manages proposal documents, file sharing, and version control to meet strict deadlines.

Brings excellent written and verbal communications skills with a strong attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; and the ability to work well with employees at all levels of a fast-paced global organization.

Follows established RFP and support request processes in SalesForce.

Ensures proposal quality by reviewing documents for branding, grammar, and proposal center standards to minimize errors and risks.

Keep records of non-standard contract provisions for contract compliance management and diligence purposes QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Excellent research skills and the ability to write persuasively and articulately

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills; strong coordination and planning skills

Experience in drafting and/or contributing to contracts and proposals

Excellent interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills

Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to understand customer needs and develop strategy for the proposal response

Requires strong time management skills

Act as the project manager and coordination with cross functional leaders and SMEs to deliver all requirements before due date.

Bring extensive experience strategizing and positioning cases greater than 5,000 lives

BA/BS degree in marketing preferred, will consider relevant experience in lieu of a degree

3+ years of experience in proposal delivery within insurance industry

Demonstrated strategic approach to positioning proposal offerings in ways that meet a potential client’s need

1 year of experience evaluating and/or creating medical device or emergency care RFPs

Medical Device Client is seeking an RFP Analyst for a remote 12 month contract - PST hours

Search for available RFPs for municipal customers across the US using subscription based portals provided by client.
