Retail Operations Territory Manager Jobs in Iowa

Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory / management position.

Strong organization and time management skills; works efficiently.

Obtains reports from mortgage software and core computer systems and evaluates for efficiencies and mortgage flow management.

Reviews all investor’s guideline updates and disseminates information to management and staff.

Supervises all secondary marketing activities and staff, including daily pricing, lock management, reporting, investor relationships and profitability.

Demonstrable experience training staff on loan programs and offerings.

Ability to organize/prioritize multi-functions/tasks within time management; leadership & motivational skills that are result driven.

Past experience using team - based managing & Total Quality Culture (TQC) skills. Recruiting, hiring & training experience.

Must have knowledge of coaching, counseling & discipline skills & recognize when to use each.

Managed 2 or more business units with P&L or budget responsibility (retail store, CTSC, manufacturing business center or wholesale tire center).

1 year sales experience in the tire industry.

Past experience of managing other people.
