Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.

Manage internal and external resources throughout the negotiation of Real Estate, Interconnection and Transmission, Taxes, Offtake, finance, and EPC agreements.

10+ years of professional experience in project finance, energy market or project development (real estate, permitting, interconnection, power marketing, EPC)

Define, build and manage the project development team to successfully achieve the company goals.

Create and implement the project development tools to manage the company’s portfolio of projects.

Develop and execute the renewable energy project development strategy for Solarpack US.

Offer on-site and off-site project management support as required.

Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably within the Solar Renewables sector.

Relevant Project Management and Construction experience.

Lead and facilitate interface management between internal and external stakeholders, including consultants and contractors.

Provide regular weekly and monthly status reports to senior management, covering construction progress, capital budget forecasts, and any project-related challenges.

Proficient in IT, with the ability to operate MS Office systems and other IT-based project management software.

3-5 years’ work experience in the renewable and clean energy industry.

3+ years’ experience working on the full lifecycle of development taking projects from the start to COD.

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and solve problems.

Engineering or Finance Degree a plus

• Experience working effectively with technical and commercial business stakeholders, including strong facilitation skills

• Prepare and/or review technical due diligence reports utilized for the purpose of project finance

• Experience in providing Owner's Engineering/Independent Engineering

• 5+ years prior consulting or engineering experience in utility-scale solar and battery storage projects

• Experience in energy modeling and assessments

• Renewable energy consulting or development experience

Current knowledge of market drivers, industry trends and competitive dynamics to facilitate proactive development posture and early-mover positioning as opportunities materialize

Bachelors’ degree in engineering, business, economics, finance, environmental science or related field is required

Experience managing project schedules and project budgets, as well as understanding of key project value levers (commercial, financial, etc.)

Experience managing cross-functional employee groups (i.e., project teams) and external stakeholders/agencies to execute on a project development strategy

Knowledge of governmental mandates, environmental regulations or customer/market signals that impact or facilitate new development of renewable projects in MISO

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to successfully communicate in all situations with internal and external stakeholders

Collaborate with Senior Management to establish the development strategy.

Proficiency in Project Development and Portfolio Management for renewable energy (Wind, Solar, and Storage).

Strong background in Counter Party Management, including PPA negotiations, M&A, and partnership formation.

Drive core business requirements, meeting annual targets of PV, PVS, BESS.

Extensive experience (15+ years) in power development or a similar field.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Mathematics is a requirement; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

Experience in renewable energy, political organizing, environmental management, agriculture, or real estate development is a plus.

Travel as required, up to 40% of the time, including overnight stays in remote areas.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on community organizing, outreach, strategic communications, or political campaigns.

Strong knowledge of county government structure and function, including expertise in renewable energy permitting and regulatory issues.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Lead and oversee community engagement and outreach efforts for our client's portfolio of operating and development projects.

Manage local lobbyists and consultants when necessary to support our client's priorities.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative and regulatory dynamics and communicate their impact to relevant business leads.

5+ years of experience working on energy policy, legislation, and/or regulation at the state and regional levels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information concisely and tailor messages to various audiences.

Experience with energy markets such as FERC and RTO/ISOs.

Regulatory and market policy experience in green fuels or conventional fuels.

Establish, maintain and lead the on-site Quality Management process

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required

Continuously monitor project labor to verify that the project is properly staffed for schedule and budget requirements.

10+ years experience with solar/energy related projects of $10M+

General knowledge of construction principles/practices required

Experienced dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
