·Develop, optimize and perform biochemical or cell-based assays to support compound screening

·Execute experiments independently, generate and analyze data, and report findings to project team

·Clearly document work and communicate results to team members

All other duties as assigned by management.

Conduct directed technical project work for Life Sciences and Consumer Care businesses.

Develop and prepare business and technical cases for Capital Purchases of new instrumentation and enhancements for the Spectroscopy team.

Document work in notebooks and/or databases as appropriate, including methods and technical reports.

Utilize all ISO procedures that govern protocol.

Perform all duties within the Company’s safety, health & environmental regulations.
