Complete Support Renewal Order Management including processing purchase orders, credits, and billing management.

Provide support for Hardware and Software Order Management as needed.

Provide support for Consumption Order Management as needed.

Claims And Accounts Receivable Management

Associate’s Degree or equivalent office experience

Experience in Order Process Management (or Sales Support Operations) a plus

Sr. Director, Global Order Process Management

Partner with Sales and Marketing on the requirements for order booking to comply with legal, compliance, corporate and tax regulations

Experienced in executing mid-to large-scale transformational programs

Experienced working in a global environment

Previous experience and background in highly regulated industries a plus

Time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsible for overall proposal document management

Responsible for document management using SharePoint

Associates degree in Communications, or related field or equivalent years of relevant work experience is required

A minimum of three (3) years of experience related to the duties of this position is required

Applies critical decision-making skills toward assessing purchasing agents requirements for successful resolution of their issue on first contact.

Data entry of purchase orders and following-up on purchase orders (10-20 purchase orders a day)

2-10yrs of experience in customer service environment (preferably Business to Business customer service) entering purchase orders

Excellent experience with entering purchase orders in a timely manner

Must have experience answering 12-15 calls a day from customers in a timely manner

Experience with checking orders from system and sending templated emails regarding price discrepancies.

Minimum education requirement- Some college

Liaise with Autodesk Finance team to resolve billing issues

3+ years of relevant work experience

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software

1 year of operations and order fulfillment experience

Work hours are 9-6 PST, can work remotely from anywhere in USA
