Job Purpose: Support Holman Remarketing Solutions by providing vehicle and equipment asset valuations and pricing


Essential Functions:


  • Interpret used vehicle market data and trends and provide industry insights to internal and external customers
  • Maintain a log of all pricing requests and activities that are handled by Remarketing Solutions on a monthly basis
  • Identify and resolve valuation inconsistencies (i.e. closed end units in negative equity position)
  • Evaluate each vehicle’s condition, type and current market to set Market Values, Estimated Resale Values, Condition Adjusted Market Values, Closed End Lease Residual Values and Buy Direct prices
  • Aggregate market information from various resources to generate a Holman “Market Analysis Document”.
  • Provide fee based consultation services to customers who are enrolled in our pricing subscription service
  • Leverage Holman systems & resources, industry data and personal expertise to provide current and future vehicle valuations for Automotive, Truck and Equipment Assets to internal and external customers
  • Follow valuation process and protocol established by Remarketing Solutions leadership


Knowledge and Skill:


  • Must be able to conduct Internet research, and understand Auto IMS, Third party valuation systems, VIN decoding and Guidebooks
  • Must have knowledge of the automotive remarketing industry
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience
  • IARA CAR certification a plus
  • Ability to work independently and function within a team environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced organization, able to shift to different priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and verbally, with all levels of management, customers, and vendors
  • Good decision making skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Holman internal systems preferred: VR IMS, GDT, FleetTrak, MV3 Pricing System and VI Client
  • Critical thinking – ability to think through logical process flow and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Prior truck and equipment valuation experience a plus
  • Must be assertive and have proven negotiation skills


Salary starting at $75,000/year
