Overview:

The HR Relations Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources team in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities. The HR Relations Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for employees and will be responsible for addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance and support to employees.

Detailed Job Description:

• Provide support to the Human Resources team in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and other HR-related activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and provide guidance and support to employees.
• Respond to employee inquiries and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the recruitment process by conducting interviews, screening resumes, and conducting background checks.
• Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and distributing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and providing new hire paperwork.
• Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of data.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
