3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

Schedule: Full-Time, 8-hour day shift, Monday - Friday, Fully Remote

Facility: Automated Benefit Services (ABS)

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.

Extensive knowledge of CCIIO, SERFF and CMS.

Experience and knowledge of federal and private education loans and education loan servicers preferred.

Strong relationship management and leadership skills.

Bachelor’s Degree required; substantial industry experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

3-5 years of experience as a financial services compliance professional, bank regulator or other comparable legal experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of the consumer loan servicing, including Regulation Z, FCRA, SCRA, ECOA, UDAAP.

Sound decision-making skills; able to make decisions independently and quickly.

Managed vision care or managed care experience

3+ years of experience in a regulatory or compliance related role

Healthcare industry experience – including familiarity with regulations surrounding Medicaid and Medicare

Experience using regulatory research systems including - West law, lexis nexis, state link

Accurately communicates relevant and potentially sensitive information to and from others, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and exercises good judgment.

Work 2 days on site in Mason, OH

Compile regulation and compliance changes and requirements and present to appropriate business leaders

Remain informed and knowledgeable of current employer tax reporting developments and work collaboratively with the Employment Tax Department to ensure compliance

5 years experience in payroll, regulatory compliance and/or legal field

Strong analytical skills - the ability to identify issues, and understand how these issues connect with underlying business and software

Self-directed and proven initiation skills

Proactively monitor the current and future regulatory and payroll environment for relevant business and industry information

Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for product management and other departments.

NOTES: Ideal candidate will have Property & Insurance domain experience.

Maintain expert business knowledge of product development, including new product concepts and company initiatives.

Develop and maintain policy contract, endorsements, policyholder notifications and other forms as well as requirements for implementation of forms output.

8+ years of Property and Casualty insurance industry experience.

Knowledge of industry-standard personal lines programs of insurance, including coverage concepts, rating procedures, and underwriting philosophies.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Effectively partner and establish trusted relationships with risk partners, senior level management, the law group, and others regarding corporate-wide compliance issues.

1-5 years of professional experience researching and analyzing statutory and regulatory requirements.

Demonstrated business organizational savvy (e. g., organizations structures, formal management channels, working with informal organizational networks).

Collaborate with Subject Matter Expert(s) in providing research and analysis of new or modified regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, legal or related field.
