Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, architecture, construction or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Knowledge and skill to provide direction, make decisions, and manage design teams and consultants to meet deadlines and expectations

Knowledge and skills to manage projects, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to land use and development (e.g., zoning laws, permit requirements)

Manages design teams (architects, engineers, interior designers, general contractors, etc.) throughout the pre-development process from concept through construction commencement.

5+ years of experience in the multi-family industry in a development support role required

Have experience and proficient/consistent use of company CRM and client management systems

Strong sales staff management experience

Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in related field

Have significant working knowledge & sales experience

Have experience managing both an in-person and remote sales teams

Manage your team of sales staff alongside actively selling

Main role is provider life cycle management with status tracking monthly

Tracks completion of DOT, DEA, CareLearning, ACLS/BLS and Provider Work Queues

Tracks physicians on regional physician completion of mid-level chart reviews as well as theirs

Supervise all providers in all regions

Monthly 1-on-1 with CMO to review scorecard and checklist

Monthly travel to one region

Affiliation with the #4 children's hospital in the country (according to Parents magazine)

Board-certified pediatricians (learn what it means to be 'board-certified')

Many locations spread throughout southeast Wisconsin
