Carry out technical building envelope consulting responsibilities on a range of building types, i.e. residential, commercial, municipal, educational etc.

Experience across the entire building envelope/enclosure, but primarily in roofing and waterproofing consulting

Bachelors degree with a Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architectural emphasis.

Registered Architect License is a must (Further IIBEC credentials preferable).

Act as a figurehead the company out of their Atlanta office.

Spearhead their expansion throughout the region by leveraging their existing client base and developing new business to generate work.

3+ years of commercial or residential property management experience

Lead a team of 10-15 Facility Supervisors in the management of 60-100 individual storage facilities within your assigned region

Collaborate with members of Operations Management to accomplish initiatives aligned with business goals

Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability

Remotely audit facilities and the work of your team through virtual assessments and the use of other technology

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate

Knowledge of the following equipment: Glucometer, PT INR machine, wheel chair, and thermometers.

Knowledge of the following test: urinalysis and EKG.

Oral and written communication and computer skills.

High School Graduate or equivalent required

Medical Training: LPN, Lab, Radiology, Medical Assistant, Emergency Medical Technician, or Physician Office.

Ability to effectively communicate with patients, visitors, and coworkers.
