This is a remote position supporting the Eastern US territory.

Proficiency with property management software platforms, preferably Yardi

Five or more years supervisory experience in residential operations and two years of multi-site property management

Demonstrates leadership and management skills

Utilizes property management software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management applications to complete and produce required reports and other employment documents

Experience with overseeing lease up properties and strong knowledge of the Dallas market

Industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS, CAM, etc.) preferred

Possesses professional written and verbal communications skills

5+ years of Property Management experience

Experience using property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or RealPage products

Provides new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations, which support improved efficiencies and performance

Manage a designated portfolio of assets

Detailed knowledge and awareness of property competition and other market conditions affecting leasing and operations

Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills

At least 5-7 years of 3rd party property management experience as a manager

Promoting operational efficiencies by monitoring and providing training on property management software platforms (Resman, Coupa, etc).

At least 2+ years experience as 3rd party multi-site manager or area manager

Knowledge of project based affordable housing programs.

Work with your Property Manager's to develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.

Minimum of five years of progressive multifamily property management experience

Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software

Strong knowledge of Yardi or other property management accounting software.

Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.

Strong leadership and management skills; ability to direct a team.

Experience in a leadership position and proven ability to develop and manage a successful team

3+ years multi-site apartment management experience required, prefer a minimum portfolio of 1,500 units of 4 or more properties

Third party fee management experience preferred,

Strong financial management skills and well-versed in budgeting and forecasting,

Superior leadership and management skills to include recruiting, hiring, team building, coaching and mentoring skills,

Demonstrated experience as a “manager of managers”, including the ability to hold Community Managers accountable for financial and customer service results,

Hire, train, develop, coach, and supervise a portfolio of Community Managers,

Equipped with strong leadership and project management skills, including budgeting and forecasting.

Oversee all aspects of vendor contracts and management

Provide subject matter expertise within property management platform

Excel at customer relations, financial analysis and physical property management.

Work closely with Asset Manager to deliver strategies for each asset.

Bachelor’s Degree; preferably in business or finance or a related discipline.

At least 5-7 years of 3rd party property management experience as a manager
