Regional Field Property Manager Jobs in Michigan

7+ years of property management experience in sales/multifamily leasing, including supervisory responsibility.

Hire, train, coach, and evaluate Community Managers and on-site Associates.

Support the overall marketing efforts and offer input and suggestions in regard to promotions, advertisements, etc.

Monitor closing ratios of Leasing Professionals to ensure requirements are met and provide additional training as necessary.

Provide staff with direction, guidance and tools for success.

Develop an integral team that effectively produces the quality and professionalism of the Company by providing clear and concise instructions.
