Manage a regional team responsible for distribution demand creation activities and ensure that annual design win and revenue targets are met

Drive the Distribution Account Managers to measure and improve the success of Marcom activities

Be the PSS expert on Training & Campaigns required collateral for our certification programs

Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Engineering, or Finance.

5+ years experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Experience within a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment

Experience analyzing and using data to bring insights to action

Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of project management applications.

Manages the monitoring of equipment requiring Validation and Requalifications.

Proficient with ISO Standards (ISO 9001 – Quality Management Systems)

Strong organizational and project execution skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to demonstrate a deep knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device Quality Assurance/Quality Systems and theory.

Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of cGMPs, FDA regulations, ISO 9001 Standards and industry guidelines.

7+ years of proven experience in distribution, production, logistics, operations planning or facility management and management.

Responsible for oversight and managerial control of a large distribution center.

5+ years of supervisory experience required.

You will work an onsite schedule and report to the Senior Regional Distribution Manager.

3+ management experiences with increasing responsibility in a high volume, multi-shift operation dealing with large employee populations.

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations or equivalent experience

Support Distribution Center wide projects and help ensure all deliverables are completed on time

Identify opportunities for continuous improvement using LEAN, DMAIC, Six Sigma principles
