· Basic maintenance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and groundskeeping knowledge

Hands-on mechanical equipment maintenance skills, light electrical repair, and onsite plumbing repair.

·This position ensures the maintenance of the building is being completed with daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.

·Scheduling and or executing all maintenance and cleaning in the building.

B.S. in related field such as Mechanical/Electrical/Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture desirable.

Strong supervisory skills and minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite required with knowledge of AutoCad and other job-related computer programs, inclusive of CMMS systems.

Develops and manages the department budget, reviews and submits invoices for payment, tracks expenses ensuring the department remains within approved budgets.

Minimum of 7 years of building maintenance/construction related experience required.

Receives and prioritizes work orders, makes decisions on work performed in-house and work to be contracted out.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Establish a plan and implement a comprehensive program for efficient grounds management.

Provide administrative oversight and support to the Manager of Custodial Services.

Supervise the scheduling and assignment of maintenance and custodial functions on a district-wide basis.

Provide administrative guidance in the development and oversight of the district budget for Custodial Services.

Directly develop and administer the district budget for Maintenance Services.

Manage and lead a janitorial team to uphold all cleanliness standards

Manage weekly schedule of janitorial staff to ensure hours are within budgets

Manage facilities budgets and work within them

Familiarize and be knowledgeable on all warranty specification.

Experience leading and coaching a team of 4+ people

Experience maintaining and repairing fitness equipment
