Regional Director Of Facilities Jobs in Arkansas

Minimum of 7 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance, or equivalent experience.

Proven track record in project management skills and managing complex projects.

Proven track record of leadership and management of both exempt and non-exempt employees across multiple geographies.

Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), ability to adapt self and manage teams through change.

Manage Landlord relations including rent and CAM review.

Negotiate with Vendors and manage ongoing critical relationships and escalations.
