Regional Director Of Facilities Jobs in Nevada

Strong technical knowledge of the following areas: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural, safety systems, landscape, and energy management.

Familiarity with operating a Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).

Ensure the Facilities organization meets the requirements of established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Select Facilities partners, and manage those relationships to achieve business objectives.

Experience with evaluating and selecting 3rd party Facilities partners and their performance.
