A Recovery Clerk is responsible for recovering payments from customers who have defaulted on their accounts. They may also be responsible for collecting payments from customers who are delinquent on their accounts.What is Recovery Clerk Skills Required?

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
What is Recovery Clerk Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in collections or customer service
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections
What is Recovery Clerk Experience?
• Previous experience in collections or customer service

What is Recovery Clerk Responsibilities?
• Contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts
• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
• Update customer accounts with payment information
• Prepare and submit reports on collection activities
• Monitor customer accounts for payment status
• Follow up with customers to ensure payments are made on time
• Resolve customer disputes and complaints
