Oil field related work experience.

Set up and calibration of nondestructive test equipment

Conduct inspection and be able to detect discontinuities using ultrasonic equipment.

Conduct inspection using mag yoke and portable coils.

Conduct inspection using dye penetrant and maintain a clean work area.

THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT; HOURS 6PM-6AM.

Work with Supply Quality Engineering and Suppliers to maintain adherence to specifications that support production requirements.

3+ years experience within quality systems in a high volume manufacturing environment.

Experienced in QS-9000, ISO/TS 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, DFMEA, PFMEA preferred.

Detail oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.

Ability to use technological tools and business system applications to manage, synthesize, and interpret data.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing practices, 5S, TPS, TQM, etc highly desire

Perform a monthly report with the samples inspected and send it to the Quality Operational Management.

Bachelor's degree; two year of previous experience (preferable).

File samples areas daily audit, temperature review, replacement and documentation

Perform the annual inspections to the samples, storage and document all the activities related (GDP compliance).

Quarantines and reports non-conformities to Extrusion Dept, Quality Manager, or QMS Coordinator. Making appropriate disposition as specified in relevant operating procedures

Assist the Quality Assurance Supervisor in maintaining the ISO9001 responsibilities;

High School or GED plus Two (2) years’ Manufacturing or Lab experience

Demonstrated high level of computer experience;

Assists in obtaining supplies and calibrating equipment;

Prepare samples for internal and external customers as requested;

The coordination of inspection of the suspect product. Quality and Engineering departments shall disposition product accordingly.

Conduct monthly inventory of blocked material in Q-Cage.

Participation and /or Leading Material Review Board (MRB) activities, as required.

Provide required support to Production in any aspect of conformance to requirements

Observing all local and Company safety policies and procedures as well as housekeeping requirements

Associates Degree or 3 years prior work experience preferred

Must possess strong verbal and communication skills

Responsibility as outlined in the Quality Manual, Operational Procedures, and all other Instruction Manuals.

Function within the ISO/Team environment.

Experience as an Inspection or quality technician.

Experience drafting reports and collating data.

Developing and maintaining company inspection reports.

Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards.

Ensuring goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law.

Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.

Strong customer service skills and time management

High school diploma and/or GED with a minimum of four (4) years direct industry experience; OR

Associates Degree in Engineering Technology or similar with 2+ years of direct industry experience

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Knowledge of plant safety, environment, and good manufacturing practices

Strong math skills and ability to perform calculations as needed

Must have good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate across all departments and levels of management.

Execute transactions in inventory management system (release transactions, holds, transferers, etc.)

Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy and analytical skills required. Must be able to prioritize work responsibilities and work independently.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) documentation and ISO 13485 requirements preferred.

High School diploma with 2+ years related experience.

Must have strong computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft office

Computer skills including, but not limited to, data entry
