Starting Rate of pay: $23.50/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: Night shift

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a QA Corporate exam to get certified
• Must be able to use and maintain all basic tools and measuring equipment pertinent to their specific position
• Must be able to understand and deliver basic commands in English

Job Responsibilities:

• Assists with dimension inspection of first articles
• Assist in heat treat and/or mechanical test associated with R & D studies and/or recovery plans
• Quarantines and reports non-conformities to Extrusion Dept, Quality Manager, or QMS Coordinator. Making appropriate disposition as specified in relevant operating procedures
• Inspects/audits selected products to ensure required inspection activities have been performed to satisfaction
• Audits manufacturing process and/or QMS under specific guidance from the Quality Manager and/or QMS Coordinator using designed check sheet or temporary work instruction
• Able to work and use a CNC machine and other machinery
