Salary: $19-25 per hour DOE
Will be 12 hour shifts 6p – 6a. will be hiring in on 2nd shift
For Quality Technician
The goal of the position is to guarantee that all processes and elements of the Cradle are audited, documented, and satisfy all written customer expectations. Give the Cradles team and lines your permission before moving forward with production, and assist the plant as needed. Their safety and wellbeing, as well as quality, part audits, system audits, customer cost, productivity, and ergo, are all under the control of the Quality Technician - CRADLES. Utilizing company policies, SOPs, WI, and procedures will help achieve this.
Important Responsibilities for Quality Technician
liable for storing boundary components in a secure location for comparison on subsequent runs
Making conclusions about results to support Customer Specific Standards and assess whether they are acceptable to the Customer
Quality System Inspections
Audit incoming receiving processes.
audits of material certification
Audit weld defects in line processes and parts.
Conduct audits of check fixtures
review the results of CMM/Dimensional
weekly DFT testing on a destroy cradle
Execute line processing or part coatings. Error Audits
Conduct or review coatings' dry film thickness tests, crosshatch tests, scratch tests, and cure tests.

Additional Details
EXPERIENCE AT WORK As Quality Technician
What kinds? Experience in quality engineering and auditing, ideally as a production supervisor in the car manufacturing industry
THE AMOUNT? 3 to 5 years, minimum
EDUCATION:
With a minimum of one year of experience as a QA Auditor and a demonstrated track record in cosmetic, functional testing, and dimensional inspections, a high school diploma or GED is necessary.
