Quality Control Test Technician I Jobs

Minimum of one years’ experience in mortgage lending (preferred)

Have strong written and verbal communication skills

Obtain and review re-verifications of documents used to qualify borrowers for loans selected for Quality Control audits

Obtain, review and track receipt of third-party validation or perform verbal verifications

Order and track receipt of field review appraisals and tax transcripts

Familiarity with quality management tools (control chart, FTA, FMEA, etc.) and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Practical experience with materials analysis, testing, and chemical analysis equipment.

Extensive data analysis experience such as statistical process control of production data

Experience in defect reduction of high-volume manufacturing products

Conducting and implementing quality control systems for Li-ion battery manufacturing processes.

Possesses working knowledge on process unit operations within a section of the manufacturing process (either upstream, downstream, or fill/pack) as assigned.

Works under general supervision of higher-level scientist or manager.

Applies a working knowledge of related technical disciplines.

Provides technical support for the implementation of onsite biosafety testing of biologics.

Conducts or participates in multiple simultaneous projects that are complex and technically demanding within the area/field of QC.

Initiates, implements, plans, directs, and executes investigations to resolve deviations, understand analytical trends, and/or improve process performance.

Prepares samples for analysis involving thorough cleanliness and complex steps for analysis using chromatographic techniques and other analytical techniques as applicable.

Actively participates in investigation of laboratory results, when required.

Assists, as and when needed, scientists working in the laboratory.

Informs QC Coordinator if chemical or reference standard is expired for removal from laboratory area.

Performs calibration of dissolution apparatus, FT-IR, UV-Vis spectrophotometer, HPLC as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience in creating clear and concise documents (PowerPoint, memos, etc.) for educational purposes and statewide distribution.

At least 2 years of related experience in a hospital, regional or central cancer registry.

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, or substitute with four additional years of related experience.

Must maintain CTR credentials by attending either in-person or virtual educational meetings or other methods as prescribed by the NCRA.

Excellent knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, anatomy and physiology, and the cancer disease process.

Test and record data using operational knowledge of vehicle systems (electrical pneumatic, hydraulic) using manual entry and data acquisition.

Technical Diploma with three (3) years of experience in engineering or equivalent.

Associate degree with three (3) years of experience in engineering or equivalent.

Certified Welder (CW) (internal certification required at Commercial segment).

Knowledge of automotive and mechanical terms.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Maintains qualification on test methods.

A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.

0 to 2 years of related relevant work experience is required.

Knowledgeable in Allen-Bradley software such as RSLinx, RSLogix preferable but not required

Follow WM test procedures as written

Prepare and store test certifications.

Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience

Have good manual dexterity, computer skills and literacy

Must be a highly organized self-managed individual who strives to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment

Experience working in a lean manufacturing environment a plus

Ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously

Notify Supervisor and Management of any hazards in the workplace and advise on appropriate corrective actions.

Support mechanical test buildup, securing of gas samples, precision cleaning, and other related requirements for test operations.

Execute all work duties in a skilled, safe, and technically acceptable manner.

Assist more experienced technicians in the performance of work duties.

Operational knowledge of basic mechanical equipment and systems associated with thermal, vacuum, and thermal-vacuum test environments.

Working knowledge of basic metal fabrication.

Hearing impairment requiring a hearing aid(s) is acceptable

Follow lab procedures and handle all blood testing in the processing lab and ensure correct and accurate documentation

Perform, record and report testing on aphaeresis products

Able to use the Sysmex for the testing of blood component products

Able to accurately sample aphaeresis products for BacT sampling and utilize BacT testing equipment.

Perform weighing, pH testing and concentration testing on platelets and blood components using the appropriate testing equipment.
